What We Do
O'C&L's Engineering and Surveying department has extensive experience in providing a wide variety of site civil engineering and surveying services to a broad range of public and private Clients in the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area, with a particular focus in Montgomery County, Maryland.
O'C&L invests in state-of-the-art field surveying equipment and software, and our trained personnel are experienced in using these tools to develop maps, plans, and reports tailored to the client's specific needs. We now offer LiDAR scanning services using our state-of-the-art 3D scanner.
